A $50 admin fee is added to all confirmed reservations.
If you would like the pool heated during your stay please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. Pool heat is an additional $100/day.

Neighborhood
Due to Broward County law, there is no street parking while using a vacation rental. Additionally, there is a noise ordinance in effect. After 10pm each night there is absolutely no loud noise outside permitted.

Entire space plus building amenities are included in this rental. Please, make yourself at home.
House Rules
Due to COVID, there is no partying or large gatherings allowed. If there are any parties, all deposits will be forfeited.
Failure to observe house rules, will result in forfeiture of part/all of security deposit. Including, but not limited to smoking inside the property.
