Becoming a host is easy! All we need to know is your home’s address, amount of bedrooms/bathrooms, whether it is your primary or secondary home, and photographs of your home. Once we receive that information, we will go over all of the details with you and get your property ready to be listed. We make it easy so you can relax and watch the bookings come in.
Once we have all the information for your home, you will be sent a contract. After that, we will take care of any housekeeping, staging and photography needs to get the property ready for the market. After that, a listing will be created and advertised to our network of esteemed guests. This process typically takes three weeks or less!
We make sure every guest will treat your home like their own. We have a strict no smoking policy, we do not allow pets (unless you would like to), we collect a substantial security deposit, ID every guest and explain the house rules to each guest extensively before allowing them to stay in your home.
Unfortunately, accidents happen. However, we have you covered – we hold a substantial security deposit with each reservation to ensure there will be no worries for our Hosts.
We ask for as much notice as possible if a Host needs to cancel a guest’s reservation. Every situation is different, and will be treated uniquely. Our priority is for you and our guests to receive excellent customer service at all times.
Payment is via wire transfer as soon as the guest pays for their stay.
