Due to how exclusive our properties are we require you to request to book our property and let us know what dates you would like to stay. Once we confirm the dates are available we will gather the needed information, like how many people are in your group, if you have any pets, and any other pertinent information about your stay. We require a deposit to be made for your reservation. The remainder of the reservation amount must be paid by bank wire or check. One way we personalize the booking process is that you will work with the same people from the moment you inquire about a property to the moment you check out. Our goal is to make you feel as at home as possible, and that includes making sure we build a rapport with you which can only be achieved by going through every step of the process with you.

We do allow for cancellations. If you cancel 30 days or more before your reservation, we offer a full refund. If you cancel 14-30 days before your reservation check-in date, you will receive a 50% refund. If you cancel less than 14 days before your reservation, you would forfeit your deposit.

Yes, we would love to have your 4-legged family members join your vacation for a small pet fee.

We pride ourselves in having properties that would be perfect for any occasion, whether that be a family vacation, a business trip, or an adults only trip away we have the perfect property for you.

Yes we do. Our typical check in time is anytime after 4PM and checkout is anytime before 10AM. However, if you would like extra time at the property, just let us know and we can accommodate you.

Yes of course! While we like to be there to walk you through the house and show you how everything works, every property is equipped with smart locks so the house can be easily accessed by our guests. We also make sure every property has a booklet with all the important information on how all the smart technology works and we are available at all times to answer any questions you have.

Yes, there is parking at every property. Street parking is not allowed so we make sure to let you know how many vehicles will fit in the driveways at the properties so that you can plan accordingly.

Our goal is to provide our guests with their dream stay. We can help you with boat charters, private chefs, jet ski rentals, car rentals, massages, and private drivers with luxury cars for your day or night on the town. Anything you may need, we are here to help.
